Outdated section in the handbook: instaling TrueType fonts

Hi,

I just noticed that the handbook still mentions ttmkfdir while the port
got deleted some time ago:

i.e.

# cd /usr/local/share/fonts/TrueType
# ttmkfdir -o fonts.dir

What has to be done to fix this?
