Heads-Up: Website maintenance (possibly disruptive)

Hi,

I'm investigating why the ports pages are not being consistently
updated.  I'm going to turn off the automatic web build for a bit while
I investigate the issue, and will also set the default "web build is
broken" email to myself to avoid spamming the list if I break something.

Any commits to the website and/or handbook may not be reflected until
I am finished.
