Well, to focus this back on the original point, I'd like to see the Table
of Contents for the Handbook take better advantage of the horizontal
"page". I use a 24" monitor @ 1920x1200 and there is a lot of [wasted]
white space on my screen when viewing the TOC. It takes me eight (8) mouse
scroll movements to get from top to bottom (or eighteen (18) scroll bar
clicks). It's got to be even worse for folks with small screens. It would
be good if we could redesign the TOC to take better advantage of the
horizontal "page", something that would work for large an small screen
users.
The individual sections of the Handbook use the full horizontal "page", why
not the TOC?
