wpa_supplicant(8) man page wasn't in sync with actual code for wpa_supplicant(8).
-e and -w options described there aren't used at all, and the number of other options weren't in the man page.

Descriptions I added are from usage() in main.c.
Please elaborate on them more in the man page if you are more familiar with them.
