Tha Handbook should be updated to include a new section which describes
how Blu-Ray drives and media may be used under FreeBSD.

This is important, because Bly-Ray drives are now getting very cheap
(i.e. under $50 USD) and thus their use is likely to expand dramatically
in the near future.

FreeBSD users should have at least some guidance on how (or whether)
these new devices can be used on/with FreeBSD.
