new IPv6 mirror

our FreeBSD-Mirror has now IPv6 connectivity.

host ftp.at.freebsd.org
ftp.at.freebsd.org has address 137.208.3.18
ftp.at.freebsd.org has IPv6 address 2001:628:404:3::18

Please update our Site. Attached is a possible patch for index.html
