The attached patch:
- adds the "FreeBSD-" prefix to installation images
- notes the "FreeBSD-" prefix does not apply to 6.x and earlier
- adds livefs.iso, dvd1.iso.gz, and memstick.img
- removes various instances of ^[TAB][EOL]
