Tinderbox documentation (request for opinions)

Hi all,

I've been commissioned to rewrite the documentation for Tinderbox in
Docbook... and I've taken the liberty of stealing the FreeBSD doc
templates.

I've got up to the Maintenance section of the README, and compiled it's at:
