	Handbook's handbook/serialconsole-setup.html page refers to ttyd0 as
   the default serial console of a system. As of FreeBSD 8.0, ttyu0 is the
   default port, so the docs need to be updated to handle both devices.

	Read serialconsole-setup.html while configuring a fresh install of 
	FreeBSD 8.0

	grep through the handbook and other docs for references to ttyd0 and
	update to refer to ttyd0 or ttyu0 (FreeBSD 8.0 and higher)
