building local doc tree

I'm following the FDP primer and trying to build
www docs locally.

Each time tidy is called, I get an error:

/usr/local/bin/tidy -wrap 90 -m -raw -preserve -f /dev/null -asxml  $(/usr/bin/x
args < HTML.manifest)
*** Error code 1 (ignored)


Should I be worried?
