locate man page

I think that the locate man page should specifically say that you should 
use /etc/periodic/weekly/310.locate and not /usr/libexec/locate.updatedb 
if you want to rebuild the locate db.  ATM people might think that using
/usr/libexec/locate.updatedb is ok.
