1) the list at the top of handbook/desktop-browsers.html is changed to a list of major browsers in the system
2) An Entry for dillo and links is added
4) some "ids" are added so that <xref> works properly
5) A note of support for linux flash9 on -STABLE is added
6) Made links to port pkg-descr
7) Some other minor changes that I don't remember
