g77/Fortran has been pushed to ports and removed from the base system  but src.conf(5) still mentions how to disable it from being built in the main system. (Which can lead you to believe by not specifying that it will be built).

Hopefully this patch is the correct format to apply immediately, in any case, its a trivial change.
