Need to remove references to "nodev" mount option

I wil look at fr_FR.ISO8859-1 this weekend if blackend@ doesn't beat
me to it.  I actually still need to get my FreeBSD box running again
after the move to Massachusetts (I've just been running around with my
trusty ibook instead).
