Thank you for your interest in earning a FREE DXCC Type Internet Communications Certificate.  It will come to you in 8x11 in. JPG or MS Word format that you will need to print out in Color or B&W.  
Briefly you need to send us a log of your Echolink (0r other VOIP) contacts in:  Echolink "Callsign" log format, Excel log format, or other recognizable email attachment (MS Word - OK).  ALL contacts must be 5 min. minimum QSOs - from the year 2007.
