I *think* I fixed this with revision 1.2 of
src/release/doc/ru_RU.KOI8-R/hardware/Makefile, which disconnects the
alpha hardware notes from the ru_RU release documentation build (this
document depends on an en_US file that was cvs rm-ed several days ago).
Sorry for stepping on the (figurative) toes of the Russian
Documentation Team, I just wanted to get the Web site build fixed.
