Error in listed code, on page: http://www.freebsd.org/gnome/docs/faq2.html#q22

On page the
http://www.freebsd.org/gnome/docs/faq2.html#q22 all of
the tags listed to make an xml file: 
<xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

should be:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

notice the question '?' in front of xml

PS: I'm no expert in xml tho I don't get errors any
more with the extra '?'  ;-)
