Which PR class to use - change-request or update

Hi,

I am filling in the send-pr for the update to
"Choosing the FreeBSD Version that is Right for You"
that I was working on.  I am unsure however which is
the correct class to use in the PR.  As I am adding (merging)
to an existing document, which class is more correct, update
or change-request?
