is somewhat ambiguous. I am not quite clear on whether or not one
has to mv checkouts.cvs:RELEASE_WHATEVER to checkouts.cvs:. for ports-all
before doing a second cvsup. It explains that one must do this for src-all
but it is not obvious to me if the same thing needs to be done for
ports-all. Can someone clarify this please?
