Handbook references manpages that don't exist

 Specifically, the portupgrade(1) man page from the handbook section
4.5.5. Also .. no mention of the -wW or -cC and their affect.. which 
on alot of ports can be significant. The man pages obviously exist on 
the hosts.. but not the manpage gateway on the site?
