Problems downloading tcpdump

I attempted to download tcpdump from  <http://www%2efreebsd%2eorg/releases/4%2e0R/errata%2ehtml> http://www%2efreebsd%2eorg/releases/4%2e0R/errata%2ehtml and the link was  <http://www.freebsd.org/~kris/4.0R/i386/tcpdump> http://people.FreeBSD.org/~kris/4.0R/i386/tcpdump  but unfortunately it is no longer there. Can you please point me to the right direction as this is the version I was looking for.
