updates to networking chapter regarding new dhclient

The content looks fine.  There are some whitespace changes that may not
be correct.  One difference between the two clients you might wish
to mention is that the hack of using dhclient.conf media statements to
find wireless networks doens't work anymore.  Users should use
wpa_supplicant instead (and we should document wpa_supplicant a bit).
