/usr/share/examples/etc/make.conf lists various values for CPUTYPE. This list
is incomplete and looks quite dated.

Of particular note is the 64-bit Intel 'nocona' CPUTYPE, and the 'opteron'
one, as 64-bit processors are becoming more affordable.
