matcd(4) and ng_source(4) not connected to build

At the moment there's no way to build a kernel with matcd(4) or ng_source(4)
in HEAD or RELENG_5.  I don't know if this is indended, but I'll try to find
out.  So, at the moment it's ok that the manpages are disconnected from the
build.
