Hi Siebrand,

Assuming that it is acceptable, I would be willing to do the  
conversion to SGML (assuming someone can provide me with some SGML  
documentation / examples, as I've not used it before).  Alternately,  
I can provide you with a copy of the original (some HTML, but not all  
of the Ping Wales stuff).
