Hi,

Perhaps we need to think of a consistent matter for use-ing
placeholders. Currently the Dutch project, had generated placeholders
like the German project does.

<sect1>
   <title>* <translated title></title>

   <para></para>
</sect1>

Where the para thingy's are only used when the section does not have
subsections (for example if a sect1 has a sect2 and no sect3, there will
be a <para></para> in the sect2 statement).

But as we continue with this, it seems logically to me that we do that
all in the same way, so there can be a topic then that says:
All untranslated chapters are marked as (whatever we decide).
Instead of, for this project all things are <title>* bla</title> and for
this project it's <title>bla *</title>

Any thoughts? :-)

Cheers
