Hi folks,

I started working on the missing device specific sound driver manual
pages some time ago. Since then, I've got a new job and so far it has
taken pretty much all my time. I dunno if I'm able to finish any more
pages before deadline, but I'm sure I won't be doing sound(4) itself. 
What I have now finished is in http://kameli.org/man/ so feel free to
pick one as reference and write the rest :-) 

I think my brains are coming out my ears.. I'm going for the third new
programming language now..
