REMINDER: doc/ slush scheduled on 09/17

Hi all,

This is just a reminder to say that the doc/ tree slush will start on
09/17.

The purpose of the doc/ slush is to slow down the rate of changes in that
tree in order to allow the translation teams time to finalize their work
and to avoid last-minute breakage for the 5.3-RELEASE.
