unclear text handbook/firewalls

Hello,

In the FreeBSD handbook, firewalls section, which I found on
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/firewalls.html
the following text is found in section 14.9.5.19.1:

BLAH

map dc0 192.168.1.0/24 -> 0.32

In the above rule the packet's source port is.....

Does the BLAH have any meaning and if so, what is it?
If not, why is it there and shouldn't it be removed?
