The targets config, showconfig, and rmconfig are well-described in the
comments to bsd.port.mk but are not mentioned in the ports(7) manpage.

Add these targets to /usr/src/share/man/man7/ports.7
I'm not sure whether these should be put together into the section on
targets which are not normally run or have config separately near
configure. If someone lets me know how it should be organized I can
write the patch.
