net/isc-dhcp3-server, net/isc-dhcp3-client and net/isc-dhcp3-relay were
created in the Ports collection about 5 months ago as noted in the CVS
tree for net/isc-dhcp3-server:

http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/net/isc-dhcp3-server/

You may want to update your Ports collection on your system by following
the instructions in the Handbook.
