>Description:
It is known that booting the kernel without loader(8) is fraught with
errors. However Handbook Section 19.7 recommends booting kernel via
etherboot as one of the two legitimate methods.
>How-To-Repeat:
When did you last try to boot a diskless kernel prepared as
described in 19.7.1.4 via etherboot? It just does not work after
loading. See news:<bftrpf$1hik$1 at ddt.demos.su> and other numerous reports.
>Fix:
Only booting via PXE and pxeboot(8) should be described in the
Handbook. All references to etherboot should be deleted.
