FreeBSD web build failed on www.freebsd.org

It seems to be taking a bit longer to get this fixed than I hoped for,
so I unhooked the new Hardware Notes temporarily from the build, so
the rest of the doc build can run until the issue with the Hardware
Notes is resolved.
