Doc tree rebuilt how often?

Probably my answer is found in these two paragraphs.  I'd
seen that the &url.main "fix" was committed, but it's likely
that my cvsup server was "lagging" ...

I'll try again today, perhaps.  Thanks Kent/Giorgos ....
