This is not a bug on www.freebsd.org.

The kadmind.8 manpage was part of the krb4 distribution in 4.x, 
but the page is no longer part of the crypto distribution in 
FreeBSD 5.x


[FreeBSD 5.1, crypto distribution]
$ grep kadmin crypto.mtree 
            kadmin          size=45172 \
            kadmind         size=20820 \
                    kadmin.8.gz     size=1806 \
                    kadmin.8.gz     size=2390 \

=> no kadmind.8 page!
