I wouldn't want to maintain differences spread through the V5 chapter -
once pre-5.1 versions are no longer supported it's easier to drop the
existing V4 section that to re-write the V5 section.
There are folks out there with existing V4 realms that they need to
connect to (as opposed to building a new V5 realm from scratch), and for
that the existing V4 chapter could be kept untouched.
