Now when majordomo is gone in favor of mailman, some links should be updated
(and possibli unified, but it's another task). Here is the patch to fix most
(all?) of trivial majordomo->mailman transitions in the en/ part of the site.
en/register.sgml is another beast which should be attacked differently.
