This looks excellent! The structure is very clear, though I haven't

That should be fine.

Not that I know of, but that doesn't mean anything.
A couple of suggestions:
1. Offer the document alternatively as a series of pages rather than
one big web page. I personally prefer the latter, but people on a
slow link might find it a bit much.
2. Find yourself a doc committer to commit it for you. It will
probably be faster.
