CSS not reading properly

Hi,

I installed cvsweb3 with apache22. It installed fine and seems to be pulling information from cvsroot properly. However the graphics(icons, table cells) is not showing up. It clearly indicates that I have path issue somewhere and its not reading my css or the icons file properly. However I exhausted all experiments and unable to fix it.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
