Diff output lists /tmp/<BLAH> as filenames

I am running cvsweb 3.0.6 with enscript 1.6.4 on Solaris 10.

When I run a diff, the files listed in the output show:

   --- /tmp/T0mFaWPW 2006-04-26 21:29:01.269534200 -0700 
   +++ /tmp/T1nFaWPW 2006-04-26 21:29:01.277872400 -0700

rather than this output from an old cvsweb 2.0.6 version:

   --- src/Makefile 2005/03/03 18:42:12 1.39
   +++ src/Makefile 2006/03/16 11:20:19 1.39.4.1 

I do not see where this setting is in the cvsweb.conf file.
