No message during the waiting period.

Reproducible with Firefox in safe mode.
Also reproducible with a user account that I rarely touch (it was this
account that I used for the screen recording).
Bugging multiple desktop environments, if I recall correctly I
reproduced the issue with MATE and Xfce.
