conf/MINIMAL without "options BUF_TRACKING"

Hello,

is the MINIMAL (in sys/adm64/conf) kernel config intentionally missing
options         BUF_TRACKING            # Track buffer history

Not that I'm missing it, but to my understanding debug features 
shouldn't differ for predefined -current KERNCONF.
