r337669 builds and runs.

Looking further into r337670, it seems 
cddl/contrib/opensolaris/uts/common/fs/zfs/sys/dbuf.h added prototypes 
for dbuf_stats_init() and dbuf_stats_destroy(), but no implementation 
can be found in any of the files affected by r337670.
