I could see only two proposals: meta-packages (which is not a solution,
but kludge, IMHO) from numerous people and proposal from Slawa about
"overlapped" and "file-removal" packages, which is not discussed at all
(https://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-current/2016-April/060688.html).
I really like Slawa approach, but it requires much more sophisticated
pkg, including additional metadata, etc.
