CURRENT r253794: make installkernel fails: install: runfw.ko: No such file or directory

make installkernel  fails in r253794 with the following error:

===> usb/runfw (install)
install -o root -g wheel -m 555   runfw.ko /boot/kernel
install: runfw.ko: No such file or directory
*** Error code 71
