pkgng suggestion: renaming /usr/sbin/pkg to /usr/sbin/pkg-bootstrap

So, removing the prompt will make everybody happy? :-)

What about a prompt with timeout? "This is the first time pkg is run,
I'll start bootstrapping in 10 seconds. Press CTRL-C now to abort"
