Hi,
after failing to compile 9.0 and 10.0 on a fresh 9.0 installation, I compiled both 9.0 and 10.0 on a 8.3 machine without any problem.
I will test the new kernel on the 9.0 machine later today.
I was not able to pinpoint what causes the failure on the 9.0 machine.
