keyboard driver problem?

already tried variants :
offset+=4 && len-=4
offset+=0 && len-=4
and yours, but they doesn't have correct effect 
(yours variant gives some addition lags:
for example pressing "o" presses Scroll Lock, "h" - WIN_L and etc)
