Could you provide more debugging in the form of:

usbconfig -u XXX -a YYY dump_device_desc dump_curr_config_desc

uname -a

for your device. You can build a kernel without snd_uaudio.

Also try to enable Uaudio debugging before plugging the device.

sysctl hw.usb.uaudio.debug=15
