Launching a CURSES based application on bootup and before getty launches

/etc/rc launches /etc/rc.bootup (php, yeah, yeah I know) :)

This is CURRENT.   Everything is working great now after fixing a few
obvious mistakes on my part.

New TTY code is holding up great, nice work!
